COLLECTION AND USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

Personal information is data that can be used to identify or contact a single person. You may be asked to provide your personal information anytime you are in contact with ONE PERCENT LIFE or a ONE PERCENT LIFE-affiliated company. ONE PERCENT LIFE and its affiliates may share this personal information with each other and use it consistent with this Privacy Policy. They may also combine it with other information to provide and improve our products, services, content, and advertising. You are not required to provide the personal information that we have requested, but, if you choose not to do so, in many cases we will not be able to provide you with our products or services or respond to any queries you may have.

WHAT PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

ONE PERCENT LIFE collects Client information in an effort to improve the Client’s online experience and to communicate with the Client about ONE PERCENT LIFE’s products and services. ONE PERCENT LIFE does not sell or rent Client’s personal information to third parties. ONE PERCENT LIFE does, however, share Client’s information with third parties that provide services on ONE PERCENT LIFE’s behalf or with whom ONE PERCENT LIFE has partnered to offer a particular product or service.

ONE PERCENT LIFE may collect information that Client voluntarily submits to ONE PERCENT LIFE such as:

• Identifying information such as Client’s name and email address;
• Security information such as Client’s username, password, and acceptance of policies, licenses, and warranties;
• Contact information such as Client’s company name, mailing address, and phone number;
• Billing information such as credit card, expiration date, billing address, and account history;

QUERIES TO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TECHNICAL SUPPORT;

Site behavior such as pages visited, downloads, or searches requested;

Browser information such as browser version, IP address, and the presence of various plug-ins and tools. While ONE PERCENT LIFE may possess the social security numbers of our employees, consultants, and contractors, ONE PERCENT LIFE does not collect the social security numbers of website users.

CHANGES TO PRIVACY POLICY

If ONE PERCENT LIFE’s privacy policy changes, ONE PERCENT LIFE shall post an updated version on ONE PERCENT LIFE’s website.

THIRD-PARTY VENDORS

ONE PERCENT LIFE employs third-party vendors, service providers, and suppliers to perform various functions on our behalf. Third-party services may include but are not limited to customer information management; processing credit card or check card payments; analyzing data; and developing, hosting, and maintaining our websites and databases. ONE PERCENT LIFE does not authorize any of these service providers to make any other use of Client’s information or to contact Client outside the context of these services.

SURVIVING PROVISIONS

The obligations contained herein shall survive the termination of this Agreement.
